Meet the trainer
Dusti Mahoney holds a bachelor’s degree From Whitman College in Gender Studies concentrating in LGBT Studies and a minor in Race and Ethnic Studies. She brings to the table over 10 years working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Pulling from years of experience, current best practices and personal anecdotes, Dusti is a dynamic presenter, making difficult topics understandable. Currently working as Deputy Director at YWCA NCW, Dusti has also worked in the Wenatchee and Eastmont School Districts and the Wenatchee Valley YMCA. She has also served 2 terms with AmeriCorps in the Tri-Cities and was the executive director of an at-risk youth center there.
