Rachel Todd as YWCA NCW Interim Executive Director

Rachel joined YWCA NCW in October of 2019. She moved to Wenatchee from Spokane, WA, where Rachel was the Director of Education for Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho. Rachel is looking forward to learning all about Wenatchee, and helping YWCA NCW flourish.
