Mission Statement
YWCA North Central Washington is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. Our local vision is to empower women, men, and children to break the cycle of economic insecurity and homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency through assistance, support, and education.
Give NCW is fast approaching. Your donation allows us to continue growing our services and fight for a thriving Wenatchee!
Give NCW is a local fundraising campaign supporting nonprofit organizations across North Central Washington. It launches on Thanksgiving Day and ends at midnight on December 31st. Each organization has been vetted by the Community Foundation NCW and is doing great work to make our communities better places for all.
How it works:

Click “Donate” on the nonprofit you want to support. (YWCA NCW is at the bottom of the list, keep scrolling!)
Enter the amount and checkout or keep on giving!
Minimum donation is just $10 and 100% goes to the nonprofits you support.
Donate on Funday Mondays and be entered to win $1,000 to use on Give NCW any way you choose!
Donate to Give to All and your gift will be MATCHED up to $50,000! The final Give to All amount is disbursed equally among all organizations who raise at least $1,000.
All donations are tax-deductible.
Fall Food Drive
Thank you so much to everyone who helped us have a successful Food Drive. We couldn’t have done it without you. And a big, big thank you to Plaza Super Jet and Grocery Outlet in Wenatchee for hosting us. We collected two car loads worth of non-perishable and personal hygiene goods, and over $600 in cash-donations!

The Giving Tree is up at the YWCA Thrift Store. Come down to the Thrift Store and grab one (or a few!) tags off the Giving Tree to fulfill gift wishes of YWCA NCW clients. Everyone deserves to experience the joy of unwrapping gifts and feeling appreciated during the holidays, and you can help us make that happen for every single YWCA NCW client! Return the unwrapped presents with the gift tag to YWCA NCW by December 14.
HallowQueens 2023
The 7th Annual HallowQueens Drag Show was a huge success! From a Fashion Show to a Tea Party, a Hallow Queer Mass and of course the main show itself our community showed up in support! Thank you for joining us in this work – HallowQueens is more than just a drag show – it’s a safe, inclusive space full of queer and allied joy. We can’t wait to see you for HallowQueens 2024!
